Can an organization be playful while being utterly professional at the same time?

Our short answer is: yes, being playful and professional go hand in hand. That’s why we have a foundation, a Board of Directors, a Mission Control Center, a team of Partners, Ambassadors and Urban Miners.

Similar as in a honeycomb, the structure of an organization needs to be solid. Just as in a beehive, everyone involved contributes to this project in a unique and valuable way.
